An illness that, in the opinion of the attending consultant and our Chief Medical Officer, is expected to result in death within 12 months.
Claim Requirements
- Diagnosis confirmed by attending consultant
- Agreement from insurer's Chief Medical Officer
- Life expectancy of less than 12 months
