Parkinson's Disease

Definition

A definite diagnosis of Parkinson's disease by a consultant neurologist. There must be permanent clinical impairment of motor function with associated tremor, rigidity of movement, or postural instability.

Exclusions

  • Drug-induced Parkinsonism
  • Parkinson's Plus syndromes
